Ensures that buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition. Prioritizes maintenance schedules to assure tasks are performed in a timely manner. Valid MN driver's license, clean driving record, OT health card and clear DHS background check are required. FT is 40 hours per week. The schedule will be Tues-Fri, (4)10 hour days from 7a-5p.
