DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY ADMINISTRATOR Located in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area, Oakridge Homes-Woodview Support Services is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Developmental Disability Administrator to plan, organize & manage the day to day operations of the residential & community based DD services we provide. Ideal candidate must present strong leadership skills, exemplary supervisory skills & demonstrated professional success in the design & mgmt. of DD services as well as a proven track record of creativity, flexibility & ability to work independently. Candidate must have extensive understanding & working knowledge of various service levels, general knowledge & understanding of community programs & resources & thorough comprehension of 245D licensing requirements. Candidate will have an understanding & exp. inclusive of supervision, program development & program implementation. Candidate must have a desire to serve this population as well as the initiative & dedication to pursue growth within the organization while assuring all regulatory requirements are being met. Candidate must also be willing to travel throughout the following counties in central Minnesota: Crow Wing, Aitkin, Itasca, Morrison & surrounding areas. Education and Experience: Candidate will hold a minimum bachelor's degree, in a human services related field from an accredited college & have a min. of 3 years experience in the developmental disabilities field. A background in business education is also desired but not required.
