MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE Job requirements - MLEC Member Service Representative - The position provides efficient assistance to the Billing and Member Service Team. Provides members and customers with quick, courteous, and professional service while actively promoting the Cooperative's many services. Reflects a business-like, friendly attitude while positively interacting in all contacts with fellow employees, members, and the general public. Applicants must have High school diploma or equivalent and advanced training in office related work of at least one year required. The advanced training may be waived if the individual has had at least two years of experience in a similar position. Additional Eligibility Qualifications include a strong aptitude in communications (written and verbal) proficiency in computer and keyboarding skills, including Microsoft Office, possess the ability to operate business machines effectively and have experience with data base programs and desktop publishing, teamwork oriented and maintains confidentiality. A safe driving record, valid Minnesota driver's license is also required. Preferred Education and Experience includes utility industry experience.
