We want to talk to you! West Central Telephone is a full-service telecom cooperative transforming rural communications with advanced fiber-to-the-premise technologies. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of the Office Manager are to research, review, implement and monitor Customer Service & Regulatory functions in a timely manner. Position will oversee customer billing, regulatory reporting and tariff reviews. This position will also coordinate and make travel arrangements to include lodging and travel for employees and directors, and support HR and Accounting functions as needed. Ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree in management, business administration or related field, or 5+ years in equivalent position plus 3 or more years of management or quality assurance experience.
