CROW WING POWER PROUD DWIGHT THIESSE As a Crow Wing Power Director, I have been challenged with keeping electricity affordable and reliable for fellow members. I am so very proud of management and staff for their ability to maintain a well-run Cooperative and keep costs down, while providing excellent reliability and service. Because of our vision and 'team' concept of staff, employees and Directors, Crow Wing Power has been very successful in operating a very strong Cooperative. DARRELL SHANNON During last year's annual member meeting, Bryan McCulloch stepped outside of my comfort zone by supporting a group of members with a goal I did not agree with. There are too many details to discuss at this point, but ultimately CEO Bruce Kraemer's extra time and effort benefited the Co-op by reducing operating costs. I do not agree with Bryan or the group that he supports. In my opinion he is not working in the best interest of the Cooperative, by destroying it. I believe that the incumbent should not serve another term, and I am offering myself as an alternative. GERT A. ROGGENKAMP I have valued my time as Director of Crow Wing Power and Chair of Crow Power Credit Union immensely and marvel at the well- balanced management team and dedicated employees. This solid team of employees agree that the members are our number one concern. We have worked hard to keep rates affordable, and over the years have successfully maintained and built infrastructure to assure power reliability.
