Client Services Representative Nisswa, MN BlackRidgeBANK BlackRidgeBANK is currently looking for a full time Client Services Representative in their Nisswa, MN location; schedule will be between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation (40 hours per week). Position will also be required to provide coverage in Baxter and Crosslake on occasion. Position will provide customer service by processing a variety of transactions and answering customer questions. Primary duties include but are not limited to deposit account opening and maintenance, cashing checks, receiving deposits, making withdrawals, receiving loan payments, preparing change orders, balancing a cash drawer on a daily basis, and referring customers to the appropriate departments within the bank. Position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 year experience in a retail position involving the handling of cash. Individual must be dependable, willing to learn, team-oriented and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in an accurate and timely manner.
