This position provides hardware and software support to all our L&M users throughout our North America and Canada locations on a daily basis. The position will plan, order and set PC budgets, handle device contracts and leasing agreements. Ideal candidate will set up and provide user training on software programs and hardware devices. Knowledge of Mac OS software and PCs are required. Microsoft Office 365 applications and virus/Malware software set up, troubleshooting, and problem solving is essential for success. In person and virtual interfacing with departments, vendors, suppliers and individuals is needed. This position works Monday- Friday 8a-5pm with ability to travel and work extra hours when needed.
