Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital is a now accepting applications for a Full-Time Facilities Team Leader Our Facilities Team Leader is responsible for all day to day operations of the Plant Services Department. This position coordinates and plans construction, maintenance, alteration of equipment and machinery. The Facilities Team Leader also performs administrative duties including coordinating and directing our Plant Services Staff to ensure quality operations with attention to safety and security. This position is responsible for completing check- lists and inspections required for safety, OSHA, the Fire Marshall and others. Requires independent judgement and work within the established policies and procedures. Candidates must exhibit an ability to communicate, problem solve, manage projects and demonstrate excellent teamwork. Knowledge of NFPA 80. 99. 101 and 110 standards and environmental regulatory compliance related to fire, safety and OSHA is required. This position is full-time, exempt, working Monday through Friday and one week of call per month. The Facilities Team Leader also assists with our Safety and Emergency Preparedness meetings. Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in civil mechanical, facilities management or similar field is preferred or a minimum of five years previous experience in maintenance engineering including one year of Supervisory experience is required.
