ATTENTION Special Notice to residents living upstream of the Little Falls Dam on the Mississippi River: Minnesota Power will lower the elevation of the Mississippi River upstream of the Little Falls Dam by approximately 2.5 feet on September 17 to perform maintenance and make minor dam repairs. Once complete, refill will begin.
