Rd. 66, Crosslake. Join via Zoom or in person. Property owners will be provided with information to help start the process for their shoreline restoration project. The purpose of the Open House is to educate landowners on how coir logs, native plants and willow wattle can help restore your shoreline and help the pollinators. Presenters Shelley Larson has 20+ years of experience working with property owners and shoreline restoration. Gretchen Cudak is a property owner that we completed a community build project for in 2023. Laura Mendoza who owns Great Roots MN. and has worked on a number of projects with WAPOA. A representative from Crow Wing Soil and Water will be present to talk about site visits, site summaries and possible financial support opportunities.
