Where did you grow up? Pequot Lakes -I grew up there, graduated from high school there, and am raising my family there. What was your work journey to where you are now? In high school I worked in a coffee shop in Pequot Lakes I became a legal assistant and worked in that profession until Leann Pitzl recruited me as a part-time seasonal teller at Frandsen Bank & Trust in Crosslake. That was six years ago. Today I am a Personal Banking Officer and Customer Service Supervisor for Frandsen's Nisswa and Crosslake locations. What is something that might surprise your colleagues? I can juggle pretty well my brother taught me when I was really young and for some reason it stuck with me! So I guess if I ever leave banking I could always join the circus. What is your favorite part of your job? From day one, I fell in love with being able to help people reach their financial goals. I love finding ways to do that - such as someone coming in wanting to buy a car and making that happen. And I love managing my banking team. We have three separate locations Baxter, Nisswa and Crosslake - but everyone works together as a team When you're not at work, what will people find you doing? My main function in life right now is chasing toddlers! My wife, Kaitlyn, and I are raising two 3-year-olds - daughter Macy and son Kohen. Beyond that, I am growing my involvement in Lakes Area civic activities. I'm on the Crosslake St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee and will be participating in the Blue Ox Business Academy Leadership Experience 2020 with the What do you like most about your company?
