Breezy Point Monarch Butterfly Release July 18, 2026 @ 11:00 a.m. Parking Opens at 10:30 a.m. Pelican Woods Cemetery and Nature Trail at Breezy Point No Admission Fee RAIN OR SHINE! Seating is limited; you may wish to bring lawn chairs. The short program begins promptly at 11 a.m. Come early to allow time for parking and leaving a special message or name on the Butterfly Board to honor your loved ones. Golf carts will bring visitors to and from the parking areas. All 300 monarch butterflies will be released at the same time. Donations for Butterflies can be made at the event, sent by Venmo, or dropped off at the Breezy Point City Hall. Pelican Woods Cemetery and Nature Trail is located one-half mile north of the intersection of County Roads 11 and 4 in the City of Breezy Point, then 1 block West on Ski Chalet Drive (8676 Ski Chalet Drive).
