MORTGAGE SALES MANAGER We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills to be a part of our Mortgage Team. The Mortgage Sales Manager is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and development of the Home Loan Consultants. The Mortgage Sales Manager will create strategies to develop mortgage lending by actively participating in the community and actively increasing the Credit Union's share of the mortgage market. The Mortgage Sales Manager is responsible for building relationships with Realtors and Builders within all potential markets resulting in referrals. MMFCU is a full-service mortgage lender providing conventional, FHA, VA, USDA Rural Development, home equity loans, lines of credit and more. We are servicing more than $315 million in mortgages for our field of membership that indludes 9 counties in central Minnesota.
