Apply for Emergency Food and Shelter Program Funds Now Applications Due August 14th, 2020 We are accepting applications from local emergency food & shelter programs to receive federal funding. Crow Wing County was appropriated supplemental funds under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act in FY 2020. The Crow Wing County Emergency Food & Shelter Program (EFSP) Local Board is charged with appropriate distribution of funds by Congress to help expand capacity to provide food, shelter, and emergency assistance programs within Crow Wing County. The Local Board will be granting out $28,838 for Phase 37 and $41,115 for CARES allocations.
