Speaker Brian Andrews $1 Fatherhood ChallengeMN.com Fatherhood Challenge Improving your Mental Health & Managing Stress Speaker Brian Andrews Brian is the Executive Director of Lakes Area Restorative Justice Project and shares a story of overcoming mental health struggles and managing stress from the darkest depths of addiction, homelessness and hopelessness and how he navigated this path into a happier, healthier and more successful life. Brian married his Best friend and they have been together for over 20 years and together have 6 amazing children ages between 7 and 23. Brian is a trainer for the SMART program (Stress Management and Resiliency Training), is a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Peer Recovery Specialist and has been involved in many different initiatives across Crow Wing County with a goal of equipping the community with a practical understanding of everyday tools to live a resilient life and overcoming obstacles.
