GUEST SPEAKER - Little Falls native, Charles 'Chip' Rangen Combat Veteran, Commander of the 1st Armored Combat Brigade, 34th Infantry Division, MN Army National Guard Members of our community are invited and encouraged to attend this event to honor our Veterans.
