Bridges of Hope is a faith-based 501c3 nonprofit organization, incorporated in 2002. Our service area includes Crow Wing County and the bordering communities in Central Minnesota.
Our Mission
To build bridges of support, anchored in Christs love, between families in the Lakes area and the community assets that can help them thrive and gain hope.
Our Vision
Bridges of Hope links families to community supports and resources. It creates partnerships within the broader community to help strengthen, stabilize and support families in the Lakes area, sending a message of hope and empowering families to thrive.
We believe families can be strengthened through both formal and informal supports. We respect the diversity, individual needs, beliefs and values of those we work with.
