As the nation's leading child care program, the YMCA provides kids a place to explore their interests and talents for academic and social growth. Kids build skills and confidence as they explore new interests and passions through the Y.
Our New Discoveries Child Care Center is Parent Aware rated. Our staff go through continuous and extensive training to become 3-star rated through the Parent Aware program. Part of the process included:
Volunteered for extra, in-depth training
Devoted themselves to strong, caring relationships with each child
Adopted the latest approaches to keeping children’s learning on track
Committed to daily activities and routines that help children learn
