The current person is moving out of state. The Vice President of Finance will oversee all financial processes, including banking relationships, management of accounting systems, financial reporting, managing company assets and investments and development of policies and procedures. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required. This individual must be highly organized, possess excellent leadership traits with strong analytical, written and oral communication skills. High-level understanding of various information technologies would be beneficial. Travel required within service area. Office may be based out of Bemidji or Thief River Falls.
