The RN will be assigned to a specific cohort in Behavioral Health related to office based opioid treatment but will provide support and services to other areas of primary care clinic including other areas of Behavioral Health services. PALLIATIVE CARE COORDINATOR The Palliative Care Coordinator is a registered nurse who is responsible for program development, management, and growth of the palliative care program. They collaborate with internal and external partners and service providers to assure the clinical, human resource, financial, quality, and planning needs to allow for an efficient, responsive, and compliant Palliative Care Service.
