The primary responsibility of the Service Assurance Technician is to answer calls from CTC customers that are experiencing trouble with voice, data, or video service and then provide assistance and solutions. They also assist CTC customers with "after-hours" repair calls; evaluate the situation, and dispatch on-call personnel when applicable. This position would work Monday-Friday from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications with 2+ years working in customer troubleshooting position while having a working knowledge of telephone, video, and data services.
