Welcome to Elevate Wellness of MN! We are a holistic wellness center unlike any other in the Brainerd Lakes community. Our aim is to empower clients to take charge of their physical and mental well-being by offering cutting edge self-care technology that does not require a practitioner. This technology includes an FDA cleared red light bed (also known as photobiomodulation), halo (dry salt) therapy lounge, 3D body scanning, whole body vibration, lymphatic compression, infrared sauna, and recreational oxygen.
