Our company’s roots date back to 1946 when the real estate office of Ruttger & Ruttger first opened in the Brainerd Lakes Area. In 1977, the company became the first CENTURY 21 franchise in Northern Minnesota. CENTURY 21 Ruttger & Ruttger then merged with Brainerd Realty, taking the current name in 1996.
