The Faith Project started well over a decade ago as a dream for a young Haitian orphan, Cleantus Jean, Jr., who felt called by God to become a medical doctor to help people in his own country receive quality health care; become self-sufficient; and build healthy communities. His dedication captured the heart of an American couple who had volunteered in Haiti for many years, and they offered to put the young man through medical school.
